stayed in canggu before but papillon umalas villas exceeded our expectations! huge villa, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast brought to our villa every morning. will definitely come back!

pool was always in shade and too cold

As a senior woman, I greatly appreciated the spaciousness and modern decoration of the villa. The open and well-lit common areas were easy to navigate and provided plenty of space to relax and socialize. The villa's design also made it accessible for senior people, with wide doorways and minimal stairs. I felt safe and comfortable moving around the property, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

One small improvement I would suggest for a better vacation experience for senior people is for the staff to be more attentive and helpful. While they were polite, I found that they could have been more proactive in assisting with any needs or concerns that arose.
